Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A:  'Ready to ship' orders that are processed before 2pm EST will be shipped the same day. RTS order placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping on orders that are not custom, for precaution and post-Covid shipping delays.  Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. Allow 2 weeks for custom group orders. 

 

Q: Do you make bartender/waitress uniforms?

A: Yes, we do! Visit the Group Order page to view samples and submit the group order form.

Q: If I place a group order how long does it take?

A: Please allow up to two weeks for your custom group order. Time may be shorter depending on the conditions of your order.  Expedited processing and shipping is available for $150 extra on top of your charge.

Q: Do you do custom orders? Can you make me this dress? I need this outfit for my birthday can you make it?

A:  Yes, we do. Depending on the design. All custom orders start at $150.00 USD.

No refunds for custom orders, although let us know if you have an issue so we can do our best to accommodate you.
